Son Histoire

Blue Moon is a catamaran of 15 metres in length and 8 metres in beam, with a draft of 2 metres, built in 2018. Her twin hulls give a stable and spacious platform, well suited to guests who wish to move easily between sheltered anchorages and open water. She carries up to ten guests across five guest cabins, making her a considered choice for families, small groups of friends or couples travelling together.

Her home port is Phuket Island, from which she cruises the waters of Southeast Asia. The region rewards a relaxed pace, with calm bays, clear water and a succession of quiet anchorages, and Blue Moon is equipped to make the most of them, from the water-going toys stowed on board to the tender that carries guests ashore.

She is a straightforward, comfortable vessel rather than a showpiece. Her interior is fitted with air conditioning, a watermaker, fresh-water electric toilets and a washing machine, so that the practical details of a charter are taken care of quietly and without fuss.

Her crew manages the day to suit the group, whether that means an early start for a longer passage or a long lazy afternoon at anchor. Blue Moon offers an accessible way to experience the coastline of Southeast Asia from the water.

Tender, Paddles and Open Water

The 40 hp Highfield tender is the principal means of reaching beaches, coves and waterside villages once the anchor is down. Alongside it, Blue Moon carries two kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard, so that guests can slip away from the hulls for a quiet paddle along the shore or out to a nearby reef.

For time in the water, snorkelling gear is provided on board, and underwater lights extend the pleasure of the swim into the evening. A deck shower allows a rinse after the sea, while the sound system and television offer entertainment when the day winds down.

Five Cabins for Ten Guests

Blue Moon has five guest cabins in total. Two of the cabins are fitted with queen-size beds, and the remaining accommodation includes two single bunks, giving the flexibility to accommodate a range of group sizes and arrangements up to her capacity of ten guests.

Each cabin benefits from the yacht's air conditioning, so guests can rest comfortably in the warmth of the Southeast Asian climate. Further details of the cabin layout, including en-suite arrangements and deck placement, are available on request.
